Who wrote the poem/quote “The difference between boys and men”? sited by Jessara 2008…i have done some searches and others have posted it in 2007..without an author’s name..I love it…please help me out in uncovering the poet.

I think…the biggest difference between a man and boy is that a man understand that its ok to ask questions, to know that he doesnt know and to be ok with changing. A boy thinks hes got it all figured out.

boy walk for nothing while man work for something better
boy never think otherwise while man always think the negative
boy look for girlfriend to go after but man look for better wife
boy get money for himself alone but man always try to get money for others
boy go to man for advice while man look for better words to tell them
man start for the family but boy represent the family
