I think this is a great quote. Unfortunately, we are mostly left to our own designs to develope our potential. I believe that recognizing this at a young age, cultivating, fostering this natural ability will breed highly skilled people. Employers also miss the boat on this one, too. The only time I achieve my potential is when I do things for myself. A lot of my skills are lost under my current employer. But it’s a paycheque & until I’m inspired enough to move on, I will stay. Now, time to find quotes on believing in myself…. lol… good reading, everybody.
